Description: With DEI programs disappearing, it’s time to remember: inclusion was never just a corporate initiative—it was always personal. This keynote explores the legacy of women in tech who thrived through collective support, not policy alone. Through history, humor, and a call to action, we’ll focus on what comes next: hiring her, hyping her, helping her. Because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
 
Julie serves as the President & CEO of Bally Design, a Pittsburgh-based firm specializing in industrial design and graphical user interface design, helping companies create intuitive, user-centered products. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as an outstanding visionary, earning a reputation for driving innovation and strategic growth. She also holds three patents, underscoring her contributions to advancing technology and design.
 
Beyond her professional achievements, Julie is deeply committed to community service and actively supports organizations that foster innovation, culture, environmental issues, and social impact, including:
