You’ll leave Catalyst with a personalized career development playbook — your action plan for navigating leadership confidently and clearly.
Your leadership journey through Catalyst
Catalyst is designed to keep your momentum going from the very first session.
You’ll start by diving into leadership foundations — exploring your leadership style, sharpening your strategic thinking, and setting a personal vision to guide your growth.
Between sessions, you’ll complete a short homework assignment to deepen your skills and prepare for the next stage of the program.
In our second session, we’ll build on that work together through live reflection, peer discussion, and hands-on strategy, helping you turn new insights into real leadership action.
After the program wraps, we’ll gather to celebrate your growth, your wins, and the community you’ve built.
Meet your instructors
Cari created Catalyst — the curriculum, the coaching model, and the personalized 90-day action plan every graduate leaves with. As getWITit’s National Leadership Program Director, she has personally coached all 33 women across three chapters since the program’s 2025 launch.
Sarah Kundla is the founder of Questing Insight, a professional facilitator, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She helps individuals build confidence, lean into their natural talents, and lead with greater emotional intelligence — the skills at the heart of Catalyst.
Beckie leads digital payments innovation as VP of Product Development, Payments at Corporate One Federal Credit Union. She brings 30+ years in financial services and fintech, with deep expertise in product strategy, agile leadership, and team development.
