getWITit operates through local chapters and hosts events, including its annual WITCON conference series, at the national and chapter level. Event details (dates, locations, speakers, pricing, and sponsorship packages) are subject to change without notice. Registration for events, whether through this Site or a third-party ticketing platform, may be subject to that platform's own separate terms of use and refund policies. getWITit is not responsible for the terms, policies, or practices of third-party platforms used to facilitate event registration or ticketing.
Submitting a volunteer application, sponsorship inquiry, or speaker application through this Site does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or a speaking slot at any getWITit event. getWITit reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue any application, partnership, or engagement at its sole discretion.
Participation in getWITit programs, including the Catalyst leadership program, may be subject to additional program-specific terms, fees, eligibility criteria, and/or codes of conduct, which will be provided to participants separately at the time of application or enrollment.
Any donations, sponsorship payments, program fees, or event ticket purchases made through the Site or through a linked third-party payment processor are subject to the payment processor's own terms and applicable processing fees. getWITit is a nonprofit organization; however, we do not provide tax or legal advice, and you should consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any donation.
